As Official IAAF Partner, ASICS are the new sponsors of IAAF World Athletics Series events including the 2017 IAAF World Championships in London, GBR (4th August until 13th August 2017) and the 2019 IAAF World Championships in Doha, QAT.
For ASICS this important partnership will allow a strategic expansion of its brand recognition internationally by association with the world’s top athletics events that are viewed by significant global audiences.
GEL-NIMBUS 19 Launch
1st December saw the launch of the GEL-NIMBUS 19 shoe, which is the fourth shoe to feature ASICS new FlyteFoam Technology, the most advanced cushioning technology ASICS has ever made.
The GEL-NIMBUS 19 offers multiple levels of cushioning thanks to the combination of FluidRide 2.0 midsole, FlyteFoam bottom layer midsole and SpEVA top layer midsole. The shoe also features a newly designed upper with gradient jacquard-mesh.
